Alice Together
Client Project | Producer & Developer | Team of 4 | 4 Months | 2022
I'm currently leading a team of 4 students at Carnegie Mellon University to develop a client project for Alice, an open sourced educational game engine.
We are creating an experiencce that enables middle school students to learn 3D Scene Building and Block Programming through Real-time Remote Collaboration.
As the Producer and Programmer on the team I led the team through multiple stages of the project, from preliminary research, to ideation, and development, playtesting, etc.
I established processes for the team and lead weekly meetings and daily standups to ensure the timely delivery of features.
I also communicated with multiple internal & external stakeholders including Clients, CMU Instructors, Researchers and Teachers, to create clarity and alignment.

Zwift
Internship | Game Production Intern
4 Months | 2022
Over the summer of 2022 I worked at Zwift as a Game Production Intern.
I supported two cross-functional teams (Gameplay and Hardware Integration) to deliver in-game contents and hardwares by facilitating sprint ritual meetings and tracking tasks with Jira.
Over my internship I've also automated sprint review process for all teams by developing an artifact that automatically pulls data from Jira and turns them into visualized graphs and trends in Google Sheet.

Tempo
Indie Game | Game Producer & Developer | Team of 6
4 Months | 2021
Available on Steam
I founded the indie game studio Aestronauts with five other talented developers and Tempo was our debut release.
Tempo is a Rhythm Platformer. But instead of requiring players to stay on the beat, the game dynamically responds to players inputs, making it enjoyable for players of all skill levels.
As the Producer, I managed the entire development pipeline from the ideation phase to its Steam release. I set goals and assigned tasks to the team of 6 and coordinated day-to-day development using Trello and Google Suite.

Peek-A-Book
Student Project | Producer & Developer | Team of 5
1 Week | 2021
During my time at the Entertainment Technology Center, I developed Peek-A-Book with four other students in one week.
Peek-A-Book is a game created for Tobii Eye Tracker 5. The player enters the world as a student trying to cheat in the middle of an exam while trying to not get caught by the teacher.
As the producer and programmer on the team I led the team through the entire dev cycle of the project, and established priorities and schedules to ensure that the game is designed, developed, tested, and iterated under a week.

Wheel Steal
Indie Game | Producer & Lead Developer | Team of 16
6 Months | 2021
Over 2021 I led a team of 16 student developers at Knucklebones Interactive as the Project Manager & Lead Developer.
Wheel Steal is an educational, multiplayer, spelling game for kids, developed in Unity. Based off of the physical play game, Wheel Steal by Knucklebones, this digital version draws from the physical game but adds in many more new and exciting elements that are only made possible in a digital space!
I worked with the project director to schedule development milestones, and established processes and communication pipeline between four major pillars (Programming, Design, Art, Sound) to ensure timely delivery. I also lead weekly team meetings and check-ins to unlock bottlenecks.
